BLOCK MANAGEMENT

Abode can provide block management for small and large blocks of flats.  Our services include the following at competitive rates:

·       Formation of the Residents Management Company

·       Act as Company Secretary for the RMC

·       Manage companies accounts

·       Collect ground rents and service charges (maintenance charges)

·       Arrange routine maintenance (all aspects including garden maintenance etc)

·       Arrange for larger works and undertake section 20 consultations where necessary

·       Convene and attend annual general meetings of directors

·       Liaise on all matters between lessees, tenants and freeholders

·       Arrange competitive buildings insurance, directors insurance and other insurances relating to the building or required of the RMC

Our standard fees start at £70 per unit (subject to a minimum for the block) but are negotiable in all cases and will depend on many factors including previous management of the block etc.  Additional fees are charged for handling section 20 consultations etc.
