VAT for a 1 bedroom property but we will offer discounts for instructions for more than 1 property - We will also gladly supply EPC's to other letting agents and offer discounts for bulk contracts etc.

In association with more than one partner agency, ABODE will be producing HIPS in the near future at competitive prices.

For local sellers this will mean a local office being able to provide the HIPS which will mean the customer can actually 'pop-in' to our office with enquiries and probelsm should they arise.

Out of area, we will also be able to provide you with a HIP at a competitive fee.

Get your HIP first, then approach an estate agent to sell your house (or sell it privately and save ££££ on estate agent fees! SELLING PRIVATELY).  That way you stay in control, it is your HIP and you can change agents without any worries that the agent might keep the HIP!
