Abode Residential Lettings Limited was established in February 2003 and has enjoyed continued growth from then till the present. We offer a comprehensive service to landlords with properties in our area and have a wealth of experience in letting properties of all types from executive homes to bedsit and small town flats.
We like to offer a flexible service and, although we have structured service options, can usually cater for all needs so if you have something not fitting in with typical scenarios do speak to us and we will endeavour to help.
We rarely allow our clients to experience void periods and through sensible pricing, advertising and the fact we have a high street location we attract many potential tenants through our doors and on the telephone - demand often outstrips supply which again means few void periods and relatively high rental fees.
We believe our service fees are highly competitive and along with a personal service where we genuinely value our clients (mostly we end up on first name terms and certainly you will get to know us - no centralised call centre etc!) we believe we offer the best available.
Having said this we are never compacent and welcome constructive criticism and will always endeavour to adapt our services to meet the ever changing demands of the market.
Along with these we can also offer the benefit of our experience in sales and can give advise on the suitability of properties before you purchase for buy to let - we welcome calls or visits to our office to discuss the pros and cons of specific properties. We can even search for suitable properties for you and advise on their likely rental income and lettability etc.

Bognor Regis has enjoyed a boyant rental market for several years and most indications are that this trend will continue - indeed demand seems to continuously increase - its a great place for investing in the rental market!
