Abode Residential Lettings Limited is a registered limited company established in February 2003.

We are based in the High Street in Bognor Regis -a great sea-side town with a very significant tourist industry but also agricultural industries and others.  At present there are plans by local governement bodies to invest large sums of money in the regeneration of Bognor Regis - we predict the lettings market will continue to flourish here.

We are an independant letting agency that aims to provide a professional service yet personal and friendly to landlords and tenants alike (we believe happy tenants and happy landlords are utopia!).

We offer several additional services such as advice for buy to let and utilities at good rates - electricity and gas supplies cheaper than the main suppliers through the Utility warehouse for which Abode is an authorised distibutor.

During the early part of 2008 we intend to provide an Energy Performance Certificate service in-house which will be considerably cheaper than most suppliers currently available - it is the governments intention to make EPC's compulsory for rented properties from October 2008.  At least one of our staff will be a qualified Domestic  Energy Assessor in the next few months and so will be able to supply EPC's to our clients at reduced costs.
